hello guys .. does anyone know how to recover a discord account please ? i have 2 factor authentification on my account ... i lost my phone .. now i am trying to login on pc, i can't at all ... it asks for either backup codes which i downloaded on my phone or sms ...

Your telephone number can be recovered and with the phone number recovered you can get the code to login on discord again.
