Not really, most likely memory bias (you remember everytime you got in a fight and then got a bad team, but you tend to forget all the times you got in a fight and didn't get a bad team.

yes , every time i queue up , at least 2 players obviously toxic , and they are more often in ranked queue , so the result is being reported
