Xerath and Kog, is safe depending on your settings. I suggest disabling some functions, which show the script.
This is my personal opinion you can share,
Midlane : Irelia , Yasuo , Yone , Zed , Katarina , Xerath , Viktor
Bot : Most of the adc's like Kalista Kogmaw Twitch Vayne Ezreal
Supp : Senna , Pyke , Morgana
Jungle : Karthus , evelynn , Graves , Lee sin
Top : Fiora , Irelia , Vayne
Midlane : Irelia , Yasuo , Yone , Zed , Katarina , Xerath , Viktor
Bot : Most of the adc's like Kalista Kogmaw Twitch Vayne Ezreal

depend on ur elo, if you are below plat/low diamond, you gonna get tons of reports as your playstyle sux but the combo are too good and the instant report a xerath player and u gonna get manual ban

in my opinion the coolest is irelia due to the fact that it causes a lot of damage, but there are also several other champions that are cool, in fact those that need a lot of mechanics are the most used
