Script will just make you good at champion mechanics, winning games is more complicated. Winning games include fast decision making, wave management and such so I guess you need to first learn the things about the game and combine your brain with the script.

My tip: Use some "soft script", if u use everyday kog, xerath or something like that, everypeople will report u. First u need use some champions like thresh, kartus (soft scripts), now u micro will be 100%, only need to learn the macro game (game strategies)

the script helps a lot, but you have to understand the macro game too.

script helps but only script doesn't make you really good, try to study the macro and the game itself in general that will be good
