I run Cyberpunk 2077 on a m.2 ssd and all textures load on time. Using my HDD I will run up to a car, building, npc, and they will not load unless I turn around and wait, or open and close the menu. Then other games such as borderlands 3 I get a change in load times and that's it. So aside from CP2077, I have every other game on a HDD.
As for OS, much faster load times. It's nuts. And over all more responsive when opening applications. I def recommend. Even if it's a small ssd, like mine LOL.

I use SSD I think it is much faster than HD, it loads things much more easily and for sure SSD.

ssd is more better but if you have alot of files because of work then i recommend hdd but if its from gaming then ssd would be cool
