Dota 2 cheats are there, but they are not exactly cheats. They are basically scripts that read some hidden information from the game (which player is not supposed to be delivered to player) and convert it to meaningful info to players to give them some advantage. Like- when an enemy spirit breaker uses charge skill, you are immediately notified, enemy's ulti cool down tracked on screen, auto last hit, etc.
There was one I used, "dota 2 ensage" a long time back when it was in alpha. You can check it out.
Just to highlight, back then(6 years back) ensage was detected by Valve's anti-cheat, not sure now how good it is.
