this doesnt work for me, unfortunaly media creation tool keep saying "there was a problem installing win10" so i dont really know where to start without deleting my personal files

download win 10 iso and start it

there are many ways, just get a windows 10 iso and use a pen drive to install, booting or windows mannager

The best way is to do a clean installation of Windows 10. Then it would be better to save all your important data on an external HD or SSD. Then format using a Windows 10 USB FLASH DRIVE

you can choose to keep data but they will be in folder called windows.old
