if u don't try the save , installed games like leagueof legends or anything just for your wallpapers , idk desktop and things like these just copy and paste other or external disk to your Users>%username% folder after that install your windows 10 with formating or deleting your old system , after sucessfully format , paste your folder again in users than tis okey ur browser caches , account caches idk discord caches or game saves or your desktop everything will be inside of that.

1. Open the "Control Panel". To do this, in the “Start Menu” click on the “Settings” option.
2. Within that option, choose “Update and security” and click on that alternative.
3. Now, on the left side of the screen, note that there will be a function called “Recovery” in the list of options. Click on it. Then, on the right side of the screen, click on "Introduction", within the "Reset this PC" option.
4. On the next screen, click on “Keep my files”. This option removes apps and settings, but keeps your personal files.
5. Then, Windows will list which installed applications will be removed from your PC during the process. The list is saved to the Desktop right after you reset your PC. Note that we are only talking about applications and not their corresponding files.
6. Finally, click on “Restore” to start the process. Windows informs you at that moment what will be done: removal of applications and programs that did not come installed with the PC; restoration of default settings; and reinstalling Windows without removing your personal files.

yes easier is you need 1 more ssd or harddrive that you put your data files then you just reinstall your os with your old ssd or hardrive
