Well in phone u can listen to songs offline by download them,but in pc u can't my Playlist is almost 1TB so can't have them all in phone .i heard there some apps in windows they can do it but they aren't free so I gave up about this

No you cant download i think. Just use youtube and convert the music video into mp3 use google chrome to search for YTmusic converter.
