Çözüm
To temporarily turn off Windows Defender, follow the steps below.
1- Click on the Settings button.
2- Switch to the Privacy and Security tab from the settings menu that opens.
3- Click on the “Windows Security” section under the Security heading.
4- Click on the 'Virus and protection areas' section under the protection areas heading.
5- Click on the 'Manage settings' link at the bottom of the opened pane.
6- Turn off the button under the “Real-time protection” section.

Turn off your windows defender with the defendercontrol program. If your anti-virus program is open, close it.

Click on window security and close defender too.
