1- Close and open your modem.
2- Use CloudFlare DNS address. 1-1-1 -1<----> 1-0-0-1 .
3- Delete the contents of the following folders. Skip the ones that are not deleted.
Run > %temp% ,
Run > temp
Run > prefetch
4- Reset browser history you used. Close ad blocking plugins and applications. Turn off the smart screen.
5- Close your anti virus and windows defender.
6- Download the current loader from the site.
Run memoryUI as an administrator.
7- You know a different browser experiment.

Very important is close defender after u close also u have to check once after 1 min it will be automatic enable.
try new browser, clear temp files, download new MH loader. This may help surely cause these are not new issues we face mostly.
