you can try
1. wholemeal bread+low fat peanut butter+ cucumbers or japanese cucumber slices it about 3-5 cm each
2. chicken soup or vegetables soup (you can enhance it with chicken stock for vege soup for the chicken taste+a lit bit of salt should be wonderful but the chicken stock dont put too much((taste it ya)), and small portion of rice
