Try on ezEvade > List Enemy-Spells > Thresh Q Settings (the option will show if he's on the match) > change Spell Radius to a higher value to see if now drawings are showing properly, also try turning on Advanced Spell Detection, it's located on ezEvade > Misc Settings > Advanced Spell Detection, if that doesn't work i think it's bad code on the script itself and just gotta wait till one day the developer fix it.
