you need to update your 5-gameloop version to the latest version.
6-Gameloop -> Settings -> Engine/Engine months -> choose DirectX+.
7 - then restart your computer and try again if you have Adblocker, Windows Security, Antivirus programs, Riot Vanguard and Faceit Anticheat.

Make sure to update gameloop to last version and remove vanguard if u have

Clear temp folder turn off antivirus

its because you clicked the cmd screen ... click the cmd screen or just press enter

try downloading new ui replace your old one
