Please set your emulator to render mode DirectX+. Use latest version

first your game loop setting is Direct X
make sure gameloop is update
or you should use a correct window's verison

well we recommended you can use window 10 x64 Pro 1809 1903 1909 20h1 20h2
1903 1909 are best for all Mh cheat
Do not use window 11 / 8 or 7 and 22h1 22h2

or you do not have install vanguard or faceit anti cheat in ur pc / you should uninstall both of them
if its still not working you can dm in website through discord / TeamViewer its will helps better

if u use win 11 u need win 10 maybe this to reason why and make sure use directX
