EzVade is just a name for Evade, it tries to dodge almost all skillshots from supported champions.
You can configurate it from very smooth to very blatant, and smoother you get, less chance of getting banned you have.
I use "smooth" and only got banned in a recently wave (playing on BR diamond)

Evade helps you to automatically dodge dangerous enemy skills .. It is automatic, sometimes makes us dumb because the enemy will question us using our tools and rp.

That's right .. But how should I set it to avoid dangerous skills? But sometimes when we don't have evade installed, it automatically dodges all the skills, hinders teamfights, and causes us to be repported by the enemy.
