Being normal is best option but everyone cant do it everywhere like me. I can recommend you what I do before an interwiev. First of all you need to practise the basic questions that might be asked(Your personal info and story...) Also you should try not to beg for the job, act like they need you but not with too much confidence. Good luck

Try to talk to mirror and keep practice . It will give you more confidence .

To be confident, first you must know well about your job, your company that you apply in. Then you prepare a good introduction of your self, and some questions that you think you may get asked. If there is an interview, that means the company needs employee, and you need the company. So this relation is not one-side, both needed each other and you show them why you are a match.
