You bought a lvl 30 account with a very good mmr, obviously you're going to fall in with people who did the same (scripters). i would recommend you to make a new acc and up it to lvl 30 legit, or not using evade and js pressing spacebar

maybe when someone get reported a lot of times, they will get queued with someone who gets reported
