Umm i dont think you can do that yet but in the future there might be an update that allows you to to that and from there you can configure your stuff

There are a ton of CC skill from over 100 champions, so the best way to make it easier is dodge with any CC skill they collect from each champion
Skill and CC is different, not like QSS
If you want to have it, they need a lot of time to do it btw
