So this external its working for a while, and it has alot of features that you guys may like, hope you all enjoy.
BAN RISK: Most of the times you wont get banned from FiveM just the servers (use carefully GOD MODE and ALL WEAPONS that sometimes gives you instaban in some RP servers)

TUTORIAL:
1- Download and extract the files in one folder.
2- Open the exec "GH Injector - x64"
3- Select the process FiveM.exe
4- Add the DLL file "GTA5 - Phantom v1.5" and mark the box to select the DLL
5- You can inject in FiveM menu or after you enter the server but for me is best to do in FiveM menu
6- Inject the DLL and use INSERT to open and close the menu
7- Use wisely and dont get yourself banned.
