Usually these problems are related to the server, not your machine. Often they are problems in the hosting network where the server is located or poor optimization and excessive customization.

Mainly map customizations. Try switching servers and see if the problem persists.

I was here thinking, and I remembered that the biggest cause of this difficulty in loading the map is usually related to HD.

It should be a prerequisite to play with a good SSD HD, preferably NVMe.
