No you don't go to any website, you go to your GPU provider's website.but not all the sites of are compatible with their programs the best options is if you dont know how what kind of application you used then go to windows update..

same here, windows updates sometimes make my pc messier so I have to get a backup always before updating windowsty but windows updates make my laptop upside down XD

thanks for the info this is useful for those who dont knowif you dont know how to fix your Graphics display and you dont know how many files you need to work your windows.. its simple all you can you is
press "Win" button then
search "Windows Update Settings" then
click "check for updated"
if you saw a list of program that you need to install or download..
just click "install now"
it wont harm your computer,
in fact it helps your computer improve and make it smoother
