This updates the graphics drivers by windows automatically which is not suitable as it might get you outdated drivers. Best option is go to your GPU providers site and download the latest from there.

If your graphics card nvidia go get nvidia geforce but ıf you dont know your card this is usefull

but not all the sites of are compatible with their programs the best options is if you dont know how what kind of application you used then go to windows update..

No you don't go to any website, you go to your GPU provider's website.

same here, windows updates sometimes make my pc messier so I have to get a backup always before updating windows

And they also keep your server up to date with security fixes, new software features, and device drivers but I had AMD processor before and my pc was suffering from a noticeable dip in performance, that's why I had to get Intel and i'm keeping windows updates off from then
