No I meant the updates you do from device manager not the automatic ones.
There must be something wrong with your disk or you can go to task manager and see what's using your disk all the time. Sometimes its a service called "Prefetch" disable that.

delete all the temp, prefetch, %temp% files and check the disk drivers if they are updated or not. If still not, make a topic in support section so we can talk briefly there

when i open windows update it says error checking for updates we will try later pls help
AMDs drivers are too glitchy man I had a friend whos 580 would stop working after installing the drivers lmaoI'm using 5700xt and I did it like this without installing amd software, it works more stable
Heheh, I should say, sometimes it helps but sometimes it causes some problems too. There were times that windows updates worsen the performance of my pc and caused several driver issues, but the good thing is, windows is always trying their best to improve user experience on their products ) So, yea, I would recommend everyone to constantly update their device up to date )

exact same thing happened to me, I had AMD processor before, after installing windows update my processor couldn't work properly, there was a dip in the performance issue as well so I had to shift to Intel, and now everytime update comes, I have to skip 'emHeheh, I should say, sometimes it helps but sometimes it causes some problems too. There were times that windows updates worsen the performance of my pc and caused several driver issues, but the good thing is, windows is always trying their best to improve user experience on their products

Yes, exactly what happened to me also. I have an AMD gpu (rx 580) and when I triedto install the radeon software for it which includes recording, etc. , it automatically downgrades to windows default drivers after sometime. This happened to me when I was still on windows 11
) That is why I went back to windows 10 as it is more stable and reliable at the moment. Windows 11 still needs a lot of fixing before it can be reliable.GrimmyGrimzz
