It depends on gpu you use I use intel hd so I get around 70 fps with 1360*720 resolution but due to packet loss sometimes fps drop occurs it's common but need good gpu for higher framerate you can try to keep the fps to 300 in settings and lower your resolution and try setting texture to high and view distance to medium and rest in very low
