use NVidia control panel chose ur own setting on NVidia control panel / if you decease resolution ur fps is increase do not use high graphic

yeah there is one called razer cortex use that!
There are different softwares for different Graphics cards
Like if you are using Intel then u will have software for Intel HD Optimization , If u are using Nvidia then u have Nvidia Control Panel and likewise for AMD.
In these softwares you can find optimization for each game/software.
Further, There is also a software by Razer (I don't remember the name)
