FPS problem in FPS games

Do you guys know what happen to my laptop?
laptop spec :
8GB DDR4 Ram 2400mhz
ryzen 3 3200u
Vega 3 4gb
SSD 120GB
HDD 1000gb
and whenever i play FPS game like CSGO,Pubg,Pubg Lite,Apex And Pointblank Indonesia
I'v got 30-40fps in the same setting
low = 30
med = 40
high = 40
even Point Blank That need very low spesification
Does anyone has Solution From this?

And Whenever I'm Playing non FPS game like osu,Age Of Empire 3,The Crusader
it's working smoothly

please try plugging in while you are playing the games and if its not working maybe your laptop is using onboard graphics try searching google on how to fix that

my laptop having 4gigs of Vram
it's onboard graphics
my laptop doesn't having external graphics

Happen the same to me but at this time I have
GTX 1070 Ti
Ryzen 5 3600X
16gb ram
and every game I play my fps goes down to 30
It's a problem from the graphic card called "overheating"

just try to reinstall it

i'm using Windows Home 1903
and IDK why but
if i'm using any other version of Windows 10
i get bluescreen
i had no idea about the windows nor Ryzen things
because i'm new into laptop

No
i'm not using Cheat When I Play,when i tried to use cheat it's Worse Than Before Using Cheat
it's like less than 30
the difference is really big with using cheat

it's 32 when i first open my laptop and
56 when already use this laptop more than 2 hours
