Let me do SSD.
What you need :
Serial in warranty.
VCC or CC with atleast $30 charge.
Go to site , go to replacement section. And enter serial of SSD. if its in warranty then conntact support.
Tell them its not working. They will send you replacement.
You need $30 because its the shipping fees. they wont do anything weird with it so dont worry.
Once they charge it , they will send you SSD.
Dont ever pay for HDD/SSD SE'ing service again.
Same thing is for HDD but for HDD , its all automatic , no human interaction.
You still need VCC or CC with atleast $30 charge cuz of shipping.
