First of all this will 100% sure . I've done it many times .
You don't need to download new windows.
Just follow those step .....
(1) At firsrt you need you uninstall valorant form you pc.
Dont uninstall it from control panel , use { Revo uninstaller software }
it will you delete you reg file also and tracer .
(2) After that you have to update your Bios/reset.
So my advice is you need a pendrive for update your Bios , Just search in google your motherboard model and download the latest version bios.
then extract it . It will see like this .
just copy and paste it on your pendrive.
Now restart your pc and press the bios option :

After Uodate then biso it will reboot.
Now you need to change your Mac address
Download TMAC v6
software for change your mac address
it will see like this
press the random mac address
after then press change now .
done.

one thing assure that if you have multiple ssd or Hdd dont download valo the same ssd again change it to another drive .
If you have 1 ssd then change ssd serial number if you can .
now download valorant and use a new account at first.

does reinstalling the bios change hardware serials? I have never actually personally tested that, I normally use a tool to chance serials of an AMI BIOS, like amidewin
