It depends on the situation and the enemy team champs, if they got tanks that you need to deal massive damage to, Kraken would be the ideal option (If your champ got attack speed you'd proc it multiple times), Kraken wouldn't be good on such low AS champs like Jhin, Graves, etc. Galeforce on the other hand if you need mobility whether you chase, escape or finish off enemies.
