1. Please make sure that your network connection is secure and running without other programs or devices sharing the connection.

2. Please check if you have enough HDD space in the folder where you've installed the launcher

3. Close out all other programs before playing.

- If two or more games are played at the same time from the same account, the game can crash.

4. If the PC has been running for a while, make sure to restart the PC.
