try to reduce wallhack specially for items you can aduse it you dont have to make hack show everything just things you need.

When i had a lower end pc it did lag a lot so got it cleaned thoroughly then my fan started working fine. Then after small ssd upgrade and ram upgrade it ran smoothly there after.

if u can disable windows defender , i noticed it uses alot of cpu , you can also increase game loop priority in task manager , and of course put everying thing on performance in game loop
