disable any antivirus or firewall, it may be preventing you from injecting, also check if you have all c ++ visuals installed, framework too, and try to see if it works, if it doesn't, press F6 until it works

seems you already tried all.. add your UI hack exe file in dep ( Data Execution Prevention )

try restartng your pc and make sure to turn off anti virus

when your antivirus show notification of xfproject then select let it run on this device and press F6 in game if its not work then do the antivirus things and restart gameloop and xfproject
