Use a vpn it should work with vpn. I suggest winscribe vpn.

Probably Gameloop is BLOCKED by your ISP. You aren't supposed to use Gameloop when it's is blocked but if you want to take the Risk there is a way to bypass this:
- Uninstall PUBGm from Gameloop
- Then use a VPN and connect to Singapore or any other location closest to your, (Don't select countries like China, India, Myanmar; because PUBGm is already banned there).
- Then install PUBGm again.
- Open PUBGm
- Once you have reached the login page, TURN OFF THE VPN. (DO NOT ENTER THE GAME WITH VPN) - Important
- Then you Login to your account.
- Your problem should've been solved.
