If it's hwid just using a spoofer, but that's probably not free, so you'll have to buy somewhere.

it depends on anti cheat hwid ban on EAC can be bypass'ed now beacuse there is a cheat in the hacker UI

how your machine was blacklisted by some company. the only way to lose is to change your machine through software (spoof) or buy a new one.
