yes they hwid ban. i got banned but there might be a chance that you will be unbanned after some time

Apex uses HWID ban system but sometimes its just ip ban (got banned 3 times no HWID) there a lot of spoofers out there but most of them are viruses i recommend just tighten some money and buy one from a dealer

Yes, apex have a hwid bans, hardly ever u can find a free/leaked spoofer, most of them are paid.
