always use a decent champ against their pick in champion select, use wards when possible its always the map awareness, focus on csing not on early fights once you get items you can fight on dragon, stop using your dashes for kills (if no one is around) always use it defensively also find a duo queue
)

it still depends on how you use her, sometimes i use her to farm enemies not minions xD

always check if enemies have dashes, ulties/dangerous spells, play aggressive if they are on cooldown, let your team know that you want to peel so you can carry

sometimes rit0 forces to have your winrate within 50% - 55%, if you have a broken mmr, try to create a new one so you can get more lp gains.
if you are playing viktor try to shove the lane always so enemy cant roam and you can, focus on bottom lane the most or where objectives at
