always check the next wave, if you cannot push it or you are low in health ask for jungler to come and let him clear the wave so you can reset,
focus on last hitting. If you cannot take any farm because of enemies try atleast soaking exp don't force yourself to get a creep gold or else you get punish and also always trade so you can get advantage in lane and get free farm easily
