menus are risky, depends on how u use it and the mod menu that u use. i recommend to use paid menus rather than free, i just got banned yesterday cus using silent money w/ free menu. u should join some mod menus discord, sometimes peoples testing menus there.

like it has been said free menus will get you banned faster most likely within mins but paid might be more safe to use when it comes to using menu's with GTA V they have a very high detection rate but anything that drops money and or does RP changes are more likely to get a ban ESP etc may not get flagged as easy but can still get you flagged
