1.Disable Firewall
2. Vaccine deletion
3. Run a command prompt in admin mode, type sfc /scanow, and wait.
4. Delete all files on path %appdata%.
5. Reboot the computer.

clean temp files once and restart after allow mh file defender then check it!
If you clear the %temp%,temp, and prefetch maybe it will work
