I think it can not see a change of skin via wsreborn or other software because c just a change on the customer side

Don't use it on your main account. Hacking is never 100% safe. Even if the script is undetected now, it may randomly get detected in the future which would result in a ban if you were unlucky enough to accidentally launch it after detection
