My ssd is corrupting windows data, I've formatted it countless times, when I open crystaldisk it shows that my health is 96%, and that it is normal, any suggestions?

Every week it starts recovery mode because there is no file, if I leave the operating system on the HD it works fine, but the speed of the SSD is higher. I live in Brazil, ssd is expensive, I don't want to change it.
