full cdr? why? he already has low cooldowns. buy dmg or something to rip people to shreds lol. tho youre entitled to do what you want

just try items on mana + 45 cdr you will see... ryze is not early champ. mid/late game with cdr items + rabadon = free wins

no sir i dint try ryze but ı can suggest you use script on cait kalista and ashe

Yeah it’s buggy but fixable if u play around with the settings
