No matter what wireless headphone it is, irrespective of brand, drivers, there'll always be a noticeable audio lag. They are only recommended for music and not for gaming. Only get a wired one for gaming. I have personally used beats, bose and razer and nothing could comprehend the audio lag while playing rainbow six.
