Hello! Profile Pic Issue

Hey guys! I'm iFlirch, I'm new to the forum and glad to be a part of this community .
I was just looking around and setting up my profile but I can't seem to find how I can change my profile pic x). I'm sorry if it's a dumb question but I swear I looked everywhere at-least to me.
And I hope I can also be helpful to this community in the future in some way ^^.
