Lower your Graphics. If not work then you have to re-install your windows, .net, DirectX, C++. Best of luck.

Hmm, I'm not an expert but try going to %temp% folder and delete the hack files then when you reopen the hack it should redownload them again.
Perhaps that will fix it, you can also try restarting your comp
