Help-me crashing LYZE SHARP

help me, for some reason i had to format my computer, lyze sharp is opening normally, when i run lol, it automatically closes (lyze sharp), could someone tell me if this is happening because i formatted my computer, and he is with another ID now? or is it a bug?

did you update all drivers uncluding c++ direct x framework? if it's YES verify anti virus and AD BLOCK
