easy way to update you'r windows
step 1 go to all settings on the right corner on ur discktop
step 2 open antivirus protection cuz if its off the system can't update windows
step 3 search for windows update then click on download and update

U need to downgrade ur windows by doing so u will need to redownload everythin u have on ur pc which is pain

Hi. You can downgrade windows to previous compilation after 10 days.
If that time windows expires you sadly need to make yourself a new USB / CD with the desired version of windows to make a new install.
You can find a batchfile from github here:
By simply opening the batch file it lets you choose the desired windows version you want, then the media creation tool known from microsoft will download and install the windows on your choosen device.

Make sure to backup all your important files and data before reinstalling.
If you are unsure about safety, you can simply rightclick the batchfile and take a look at it, its in plain text. Also it's well known.
