Right click the website page and on the bottom you can see view page source or inspect element, inside those two are the words or tags that you can copy and paste if the website didn't allow you to copy.

You can try right click on the web page then select view page source. This mean you can see the HTML code and you can copy the text from it. You can try first if work.
