formatting your pc is the best course of action how did you get this ransomware tell us too so we dont get duped as well
Try install malwarybytes and scan for issues. If problem persist the only way then is format your pc, i do recommend low format it. Also check your task managers processestoday my all files pics and data are encrypted and all files are changed with .nnqp

its the best anti virus it should fix itidk if it will fix this tho
i hope he fixed it cus that is tuffthoese files are gone just install a new windows and try to recover
